Javier Casas Díaz is an aerospace engineer and PhD candidate working under the supervision of Dr. Sergi Riera-Galindo. His research focuses on the development and assessment of organic photovoltaic technologies for emerging applications, including their operation under demanding environmental conditions. Through the FECYT-funded project Organic Photovoltaics for Citizens, he contributes to the study of the performance, stability and real-world deployment of organic solar cells, combining expertise in space technologies, experimental photovoltaics and device characterization.
