Mariano is PhD in experimental physics from the Imperial College London and currently tenured scientist at ICMAB-CSIC. His group aims at producing breakthrough scientific advances that strongly contribute to the development of clean energy technologies based on organic and hybrid materials, including photovoltaics and thermoelectrics.
