Doctor Jinhui Hu from the Nanostructured Materials for Optoelectronics and Energy Harvesting (NANOPTO) Group at ICMAB-CSIC, defended his PhD thesis titled "Plasmon-induced photocurrent generation in metal-semiconductor devices with nanofabricated inverted pyramid arrays"
