Shima is a materials physics and nanoscience researcher who is currently pursuing a PhD under the supervision of Prof. Alejandro R. Goñi and Dr. Ma. Isabel Alonso. Her work is focused on studying hybrid organic-inorganic halide perovskites as a function of pressure and temperature to develop next generation optoelectronic materials.
